What kind of music can we expect to hear?
You can expect to hear lots of house and techno music, it’s my favourite (I have one house playlist that’s 73 hours long lol), as well as some hip-hop and rock music.

What does fitness mean to you?
To me, fitness is all about doing what makes yourself feel good, strong, and healthy. Fitness is specific to the individual and everyone is different, so it will look different for each person. If you feel good about yourself and are doing something that makes you feel strong and happy, that’s all that matters.

What is your class like as a GIF?

What kind of vibe do you create within your class?
I want to create a chill yet fun and exciting vibe in my classes. I want riders to feel comfortable in the space and on the bike, while challenging themselves physically and mentally. I think it’s important to remember that even though it’s hard, spin is super fun! I want riders to be able to enjoy themselves, have fun, and let go from the rest of their day in a safe space.
