It is very mood-dependent, but you can usually count on hearing some upbeat hip-hop, as well as some light pop, and relaxed house.

What does living a balanced life through fitness look like & mean to you?

Listening to my body, what it needs, what it’s feeling. Sometimes, I find that rest days can be just as fullfilling as a super productive day.I’ve learned that I just listen to my body and do whatever makes me feel like the best version of myself, to be at my best.

What kind of vibe do you create during your class?

I want to create a really welcoming space that is supportivee to everyone and anyone that walks through the doors. Everyone becomes a team and feeds off each other’s energy to carry all the riders through. Vibes are always fun and supportive!
